SUBJECT: Happy Hump Day!
Hi guys,
It’s been some kind of crazy week. I have been so busy I haven’t even been on social media. That is so not me! I’m shocked you guys didn’t send out a search party. lol. As you all know Tax season is my busiest time of the year so I’ve been overwhelmed with procrastinators asking me to do magical things. I’m not one to talk because I’m the queen of procrastination but I guess when you’re on the other side of it you realize how annoying it is. Work hasn’t stopped obviously but at least things will slow down and I can’t breathe. I’m still going to play the lottery so I don’t have to work anymore. It seems like a realistic retirement plan (haha, that’s coming from an accountant).
Enough about my work life. What a bore! It’s time to relax and have some fun. Jake has planned a trip to Mexico soon which I’m so excited about. Mexico is such an easy trip for us here in Colorado. From Denver a direct flight is so short. It’s quicker than going to either coasts of the United States and I love the beaches and resorts so much better in Mexico. We always stay out of the over crowded areas like Cancun and always stay at kid free zones. Having something to look forward to is always a motivator. I have my calendar highlighted. lol.
What about you guys? Any travel plans coming up? I’d like to hear where everyone goes. Doesn’t matter if it’s domestic or something exotic. I need ideas! Although I usually get one vacation a year but a girl can dream. :)
